JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Main Job Responsibilities

  •  Design and maintain secure IT and OT network architectures for offshore assets
  • Implement and manage cybersecurity measures for both IT and OT environments
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans
  • Develop and enforce security policies and procedures
  • Respond to and mitigate security incidents
  • Stay current with emerging threats and security technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security compliance

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Essential

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in IT/OT security, with focus on industrial control systems
  • In-depth knowledge of IT and OT network architectures and protocols
  • Proficiency in applying NIST and other relevant cybersecurity frameworks
  • Experience with security tools and technologies (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM)
  • Understanding of offshore operations and associated security challenges
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GICSP)
  • Experience in the oil and gas or maritime industry
  • Knowledge of maritime regulations and compliance standards
