Your Role

As a Materials Handler, you will support and arrange material logistics for offshore operations. 

 

Job Specific Responsibilities

  • Provide movement of materials and supply support in a timely, safe and efficient manner

  • Manage all materials receiving, storing and issuing to the rigs, including all systems interfaces, uploads and entries required

  • Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials, parts and assemblies between sections or departments, according to production and shipping schedules or department priorities

  • Provide supplies on an as needed basis for onshore and rig personnel

  • Arrange for repair and assembly of materials and parts

  • Compile and maintain computerized records.

  • Coordinate helicopter flights for personnel going offshore as needed

 

Equipment & Systems

  • Microsoft Office Suite programs

  • Fundamental knowledge of materials receiving, handling and issuing, including storage principals and preservation                                                                                                                                                  

     

    Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • 3+ years’ experience in Supply Chain, Inventory or Warehouse Management

  • Possess a high degree of QHSE standards

  • Ability to communicate both timely and effectively while following detailed instructions

  • Results oriented, task oriented

     

Other Requirements

  • Must pass drug screen and background check

  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
