Your role  

Acting as support to the Executive Assistant, you will provide general and PA type support to SVPs, VPs, Directors and Corporate teams in Seadrill’s Corporate London office.  

 
The Personal Assistant will also form part of the office support team for the Corporate head office functions.  

 

Other duties include:  

 

  • Arrange international travel for VPs and Directors, including visas, travel packs and agendas as appropriate 
  • Extensive diary management; arranging meetings internally and externally, booking meeting rooms 

  • Process Expenses for Senior Management team 

  • Provide support and assistance to prepare and distribute files and information for key business meetings 

  • Together with the office support team, research, arrange and event manage offsite meetings, events and conferences 

  • Ensure the smooth-running of the office area 

  • Maintain strict confidentiality both internally and externally, especially of sensitive information you may be exposed to 

  • Meet and greet visitors to SVPs, VPs and Directors 

  • Collate inputs and record and distribute minutes and actions for meetings, events and calls 

  • Submit Purchase Orders and Good Receipts 

 

What you’ll need to apply  

A highly organised and structured approach, with excellent time-management skills and a meticulous eye for detail. You’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work confidently to tight deadlines, manage and coordinate multiple calendars and prioritise effectively.  

 

You’ll be ambitious and self-motivated, with the ability to work on your own initiative whilst applying a flexible and supportive approach.  

 

Excellent MS Office skills will be crucial in this role, particularly Outlook and Powerpoint. Prior knowledge of Skype for Business would also be desirable.
