JOB TITLE: Materials Handler I
REPORTING TO: Base Office Manager

JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide movement of materials and
supply support in a timely, safe and efficient manner
Manage all materials receiving,
storing and issuing to the rigs, including all systems interfaces, uploads and
Coordinate and expedite the flow
of materials, parts and assemblies between sections or departments, according
to production and shipping schedules or department priorities
Provide supplies on an as needed
basis for onshore and rig personnel
Arrange for repair and assembly
of materials and parts
Compile and maintain computerized
Coordinate helicopter flights for
personnel going offshore as needed
EQUIPMENT & SYSTEMS
Microsoft Office Suite programs
Fundamental knowledge of
materials receiving, handling and issuing, including storage principals and
As per Corporate and
Regional specific Delegation of Authority matrices.
High School Diploma or Equivalent
3+ years experience in Supply
Chain, Inventory or Warehouse Management
Possess a high degree of QHSE
Ability to communicate both
timely and effectively while following detailed instructions
Results oriented, task oriented
Must pass Physical, Drug Screen and Background Check.
Must be eligible to work for any employer in the US without sponsorship.
