Supporting the Talent Centre of Excellence on our journey to improve our talent acquisition processes to create great experiences for candidate and hiring managers. The role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns for global onshore functions by working in close collaboration with hiring managers and HR Business Partners across different areas of our business, in locations across the world. A versatile and innovative approach to different types sourcing and attraction will be key to success to successfully recruit from entry level roles up to more complex experienced hire vacancies. The role partners with hiring managers and HRBP’s to support the successful delivery of all recruitment campaigns, being the subject matter expert and supporting them at every stage of the process from planning to sourcing and selection and supporting the offer management process.
